Small team. Big capability. We design and build digital products worth using.

We're an AI native digital product studio founded by Jarrad Grigg, an industry veteran with 18 years experience in creating web apps, mobile apps and websites.

01 / Manifesto
01

Anyone can build now

The tools have caught up with the ambition. AI can now write code, generate designs and spin up prototypes overnight. The barrier to producing software has never been lower.

Which means more software exists than ever before. And most of it looks, feels and performs exactly the same.

02

But output is not outcome

Speed is celebrated and volume is rewarded. But shipping fast and shipping right are different things entirely.

A product that launches in a week and confuses every user who touches it hasn't saved anyone time. It's just moved the cost somewhere less visible.

03

Craft is now the differentiator

When everyone has access to the same tools, the advantage shifts to those who know what to build and why. Who understand the difference between a feature that tests well in a demo and one that holds up under ten thousand real users.

Eighteen years of building digital products doesn't become less valuable when the tools get faster. It becomes more valuable. Because the decisions that matter were never about the code. They were about judgement. About taste. And about knowing where the risk actually lives.

But better tools deserve better thinking

04

We use AI differently

We don't bolt modern tooling onto old ways of working. We build from the ground up with these tools, because we've been working at the edge of this technology since it arrived.

That means less time on the mechanical and more time on the work that actually determines whether a product succeeds or fails. The strategy. The user experience. The details that separate forgettable from remarkable.

05

Small team. Big capability.

We have no layers of project managers relaying messages between you and the people doing the work. No inflated teams burning hours in ceremonies that exist to increase billables.

You work directly with the person making the decisions and doing the craft. Our size is not a limitation. That's our entire proposition.

The game is changed. So we changed with it.

06

What we believe

The future of digital products isn't about who can produce the most. It's about who can produce what matters. Products that cut through, work and that people actually want to use.

We believe the best work happens when deep experience meets new capability. When the tools handle the mechanical and humans focus on the meaningful.

The future is more human. OVRFLO is built for it.

02 / How we work

We deliver strategic software design across three core areas.

Start small, commit to a build, or keep us close. You'll work directly with the person doing it.

01 Proof of concept Two-week sprint A working version of your idea in two weeks, real enough to put in front of users, investors or your board before you commit to the full build. Suitable for founders testing a product idea, teams trialling an AI workflow before rolling it out, and anyone who needs to see it working before they fund it. From $7,500
02 Project Fixed-scope project A defined piece of work with a clear outcome, fixed scope and fixed price, designed and built end to end by the person you briefed. Suitable for MVPs, websites, product releases, AI integrations and redesigns where the brief can be contained and the finish line is clear. From $15,000
03 Ongoing Monthly partnership Senior product, design and build capability every month, from strategic direction through to hands-on delivery, scaled to what the product needs. Suitable for teams with a live product that needs to keep improving, founders who want a senior partner on call and businesses bringing AI into how they work. From $10,000 pm

Small things we build to see what's possible.

  1. Close-up of Orkid's chord buttons, with the display reading FM79.

A fan-made homage to the Orchid chord synth that you can play in the browser. We modelled it in code, rebuilt its chord engine from the manual and synthesised every sound ourselves.

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Telepathic Instruments.

  2. A purple robot vacuum leads a pack of racers across a dining-room floor at night.

An arcade racing game where robot vacuums race each other through a house after dark. Pick your racer, drift through the rooms for boost and race friends online, free in the browser.

  3. A pencil sketch of a weatherboard cottage, half developed into the finished house in evening light.

A homepage hero for a builder, modelled from the architectural drawings and drawn in the browser as a pencil sketch. Move your cursor across it and the finished house comes through in evening light.
